You can also deposit funds to your wallet and use your balance to pay instantly.

You can deposit cryptocurrency to your SoftStore wallet. Once credited, your balance can be used to buy any product instantly without going through the crypto payment flow each time.

Note: Wallet balances are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn — they can only be used for purchases on the platform.

Confirmation times vary by network:
- Bitcoin: 1-3 confirmations (~10-30 mins)
- Ethereum: 12 confirmations (~3 mins)
- USDT TRC20: 1 confirmation (~1 min)
- LTC: 6 confirmations (~15 mins)

For instant purchases, we recommend depositing to your wallet balance first.

All products are digital and delivered instantly to your account. After payment confirmation, go to My Orders → View Order to access your delivery content (license keys, download links, etc.)

You will also receive an email confirmation with your delivery details.

First, check that your order status is 'Completed' in My Orders. If it shows 'Pending' or 'Processing', the payment may still be confirming on the blockchain.

If 30+ minutes have passed and your order is still not completed, please contact our support team with your order number.

You can check out as a guest, but we strongly recommend creating a free account so you can:
- Track all your orders
- Access your delivery content anytime
- Use the wallet balance system
- Apply vouchers
- Get order history and receipts

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted if:
- The product was not delivered after payment
- The product does not match its description
- There was a duplicate charge

Contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet balance.
