- Product delivered does not match its description
- Duplicate charge for the same order
- Technical issue on our side preventing access
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your device or setup (check requirements before buying)
- Wallet balance deposits (non-refundable, non-withdrawable)
- Products already accessed or downloaded
How to Request
Contact us within 48 hours of your order via the contact page or Telegram. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all disputes within 24 hours.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited to your BuildTowin wallet balance, not to your original payment method. Wallet credits can be used for future purchases.
